Reservations: Accommodation will be reserved on receipt of a
booking deposit. A 50% deposit is payable within 7 days of booking. If
this deposit is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to
cancel without notification.
Payments: The full amount is due and
payable 10 days before occupation during low season and 30 days before
occupation during high season.
Cancellation/Refunds: In the event of a cancellation we reserve the right
to withhold a minimum of 10% of the total cost. However, should the
cancellation be for high season, 6 weeks notice is required in order to
receive a partial refund of the deposit.
